Withdraw My Child
If you wish to withdraw your child from the Naugatuck Public Schools, please fill out the following form and return it to the secretary at the school your child currently attends, along with your child's Chromebook and any other outstanding property that belongs to NPS. If you have any questions, please reach out to the secretary at your child's school.
