Welcome to the Human Resources Department of the Naugatuck Public Schools!

The Human Resources Department is committed to supporting the Naugatuck Public Schools by developing and implementing district human resource support systems and processes that attract and retain the highest quality employees at every level of the organization so that every student is inspired and prepared to embody the six qualities of our graduates, as responsible citizens, researchers, innovators, informed thinkers, communicators and problem solvers.

The primary responsibilities of the Human Resources Department include employee recruiting & hiring, salary & benefits administration, performance management and labor & employee relations.
