Talk it Out CT - For parents and caregivers who need someone to listen, to understand and to talk your feelings out.

We have expanded our team and hours to accommodate the needs of the community during this difficult time. Weekend and evening appointments are available! We are meeting with our clients using a HIPAA secured platform so clients will be able to video chat with us for their sessions.

We take most major insurances including Anthem, Aetna, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, Connecticare, and Husky/Medicaid.
