At Naugatuck Public Schools, we are committed to ensuring a smooth and supportive transition for all students, families, and staff as we implement the Salem School Transition Plan. Our focus is on maintaining academic excellence, fostering a positive school culture, and providing clear, consistent communication throughout the process.
To support this transition, we have established both a District Transition Team and School-Based Transition Teams. These teams will work collaboratively to address key areas of the transition, provide guidance, and ensure that all stakeholders have the resources and support they need.
